Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Felix Muensterer, operating as Outmark ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal information provided through this website (outmark.ca). We are committed to compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy law.

1. Who We Are

Outmark is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Felix Muensterer, located at 31 Huron Street, Collingwood, Ontario. For all privacy inquiries, contact us at felix@outmark.ca.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect personal information in two ways:

Information you provide directly: when you fill in our application form for a free strategy session. Step 1 (your name, email and phone number) is sent to us as soon as you press Continue, even if you do not finish the form. The full application may also include:

• Your first and last name
• Email address and phone number
• Description of your business, your goals and your biggest marketing challenge
• Your Instagram following size
• Your estimated monthly content budget range
• Why you think your business is a good fit for us
• How you heard about us

Careers applications: the role you apply for, your name, email, phone number, location, portfolio link, message and, if you attach one, your CV (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB). These are sent to us by email and used only to assess your application.

Information collected automatically: this website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4, measurement ID G-L02KSM4R87), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. GA4 collects pseudonymous usage data including:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• General geographic location (country/region, not precise address)
• Device and browser type
• How you arrived at the site (e.g. search engine, direct link)

Some pages also load the Google Ads tag (AW-18519496690) from Google LLC. We use it to measure when a visit from one of our Google ads leads to an application or a call (conversion measurement), and to show our ads to people who visited this site before (remarketing). You can turn off personalised Google ads in Google's Ads Settings.

This site also loads the OpenAI ChatGPT Ads pixel, which measures visits that come from our ads on ChatGPT. It uses cookies and may process your IP address and device information.

This data is collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies and is processed by Google and OpenAI on servers that may be located outside Canada. Their data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the OpenAI Privacy Policy. We use this information to understand how visitors use the site, to improve it, and to measure and improve our advertising. We do not use it to personally identify you.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our application form is used solely to:

• Evaluate whether we are a good fit to work together
• Contact you to book a quick fit call and your free strategy session
• Respond to your inquiry

We will never sell your information or use your application details for unsolicited marketing. Our advertising partners (Google and OpenAI) receive browsing data from this site as described in Section 2.

4. How We Store Your Information

Everything you send through our forms, including step 1 of the application, is sent to us by email at felix@outmark.ca and kept in Outmark's email and internal tools. Our email and website are hosted by Hostinger (hostinger.com), on servers that may be located outside Canada. By submitting a form, you consent to this transfer. Hostinger's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

To prevent duplicate and spam submissions, we keep a short record of recent form starts for up to 24 hours.

We retain your information only for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain our business relationship.

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Analytics and advertising partners (Google LLC, OpenAI) receive device, browser and IP information through cookies and tags, as described in Section 2. Otherwise we share personal information only as required by law or by a Canadian court, regulator, or government authority.

6. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for us to hold or use your information
• Request that we delete your personal information

To ask for access or deletion, or to exercise any of these rights, email us at felix@outmark.ca. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. External Links

This website may contain links to external sites (such as Instagram or YouTube). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
