How we hire

No degree required.

We don't care about university degrees, certifications, or follower counts. We hire on what you can ship. Show us work you're proud of and we'll judge it on its merits. If your edits hit, your shots are clean, or your ad accounts print, you're in the conversation.

Videographer
Collingwood-based On-location

Lead the camera on shoots for our roster of ecommerce, hospitality, and service brands. The majority of what we shoot is native, organic-looking smartphone content built for vertical short-form. Occasionally we bring out a small camera rig (we provide it, you just need to know how to use one). Your focus is producing a wide variety of shots quickly so the editor has plenty to work with.

  • Strong reel of short-form or vertical work
  • Confident shooting on smartphone (iPhone, gimbal, lav mics)
  • Comfortable with small camera rigs when needed
  • Fast on your feet, wide variety of shots per shoot day
  • Comfortable directing non-actors on set
  • Based in or near Collingwood, ON

Video Editor
Collingwood Remote Possible

Cut and ship short-form vertical content and ads at high volume for our roster of ecommerce, hospitality, and service brands. You'll work primarily in mobile-native apps like CapCut and the Instagram Edits app, with a desktop NLE for heavier work (DaVinci, Premiere, or Final Cut, your pick, doesn't matter to us). The whole game is being fast and efficient at cutting and managing high-volume content without losing sharpness on pacing and hooks.

  • Fluent in CapCut, Instagram Edits, or similar mobile-native editors
  • Comfortable on at least one desktop editor (DaVinci, Premiere, or Final Cut)
  • Efficient video editing skills, fast and clean
  • Sound design and caption styling instincts
  • Sharp eye for pacing and the first 1.5 seconds
  • Reliable, async-friendly communicator

Account & Community Management Intern
Collingwood Remote Possible Entry-level

For someone who wants to break into social media and learn the craft from the inside. You'll work hand-in-hand with us managing our own accounts, researching content ideas, and handling community on the day-to-day. In return, we teach you everything we do: performance content, editing, hooks, paid ads, the frameworks that actually move results. No prior experience required, just curiosity, taste, and a strong work ethic.

  • Genuine interest in social media and short-form content
  • Strong written communication and instincts for community
  • Curious, organized, and self-driven
  • Comfortable on Instagram, TikTok, and the wider creator world
  • Open to learning editing, scripting, and paid ads
  • Eager to research trends, hooks, and competitor ideas
